This course is based on Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Course, which has been proven to reduce anxiety, depression, stress, and other unwanted mood states.
Course Details:
- 8 Wednesdays from 12-1pm starting January 31st (skipping March 20th).
- Led by Laura Chackes, Psy.D., Licensed Psychologist & Owner of The Center for Mindfulness & CBT and Lauren Hendrix, MA, PLPC.
- Course will be hosted live online through Google Meet and is highly participatory.
