  • 8 weekly online video-conferencing classes for 9-15 year-old girls (or anyone who identifies as female) and a trusted adult.
  • Classes led by Sarah Saffold, MSW, LCSW, and Liz Catarinicchia, therapists at The Center for Mindfulness & CBT
  • Course curriculum created by Sarah Saffold and Laura Chackes.
  • Each of the 8 classes will be held on Tuesdays from 6-7pm
  • Course is led live through a HIPAA compliant video platform, and is highly experiential and participatory; however, if you have to miss a class you can ask that it be recorded to watch later.
  • Audio recordings of the meditations done in class will be available for you to download and listen to for your daily practice.
  • Handouts, worksheets, and articles will also be provided and stored on the course website and app that you will have access to forever.
